After discussing the health needs and interests of the employees with the host company, we invite local health providers or quality of life related services to participate.
In most instances we have one representation of each participating health topic. This keeps it more educationally geared, and diverse. We therefore wind up with more health topics participating instead of duplications. When participating in an event keep in mind, measurable, interactive activities seemed to be enjoyed most by employees.

We have seen it many times over the years; your exposure to the community and your ability to gain new clients is increased dramatically when you have the opportunity to give out good health information to potential clients face to face. When the potential client or their family members are in need of that service, they will remember you and will follow up.
We typically service companies with 500 or more employees. The employee count can fluctuate based on a number of factors. Typically, when a host company has multiple sites they may have smaller employee counts. We do like to bring health information to employees wherever it makes sense.
