A BALANCED LIFE provides a table, tablecloth, two chairs, a flower arrangement and a tabletop sign for your company.
If a larger than 6' x 10' space is needed, advance notice is required (indicate this on the form).
Setup can begin as early as one hour prior to the beginning of the expo. Setup must be complete by the expo start time. We ask vendors to plan to stay from the beginning to the end to maintain the quality of the expo.
Since topics are subject to the approval of the host company, fees will be refunded as necessary within fifteen business days.
